Readobo; okuma hızını, dikkatini, hafızanı ve odağını geliştirmeye yönelik alıştırmalar sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
Hesap açmak için 13 yaşını doldurmuş olman gerekir. Daha küçük çocuklar uygulamayı bir ebeveyn veya vasinin hesabı üzerinden ve onun gözetiminde kullanabilir; bu durumda hesabın sahibi ve sözleşmenin tarafı ebeveyndir.
1. Taraflar
Bu sözleşme kullanıcı ile Readobo arasında akdedilmiştir. Apple ve Google sözleşmenin tarafı değildir; uygulamanın içeriğinden ve desteğinden yalnızca biz sorumluyuz.
2. Hizmet
Readobo bir eğitim ve alıştırma aracıdır; tıbbi cihaz veya teşhis/tedavi aracı değildir. Belirli bir okuma hızına ulaşacağın ya da belirli bir sonuç alacağın taahhüt edilmez; sonuçlar kişiden kişiye değişir. Dikkat, öğrenme veya görme ile ilgili bir sorundan şüpheleniyorsan bir sağlık uzmanına başvur.
3. Hesabın
Google veya Apple hesabınla giriş yapabilir ya da uygulamayı anonim kullanabilirsin. Anonim kullanımda ilerlemen yalnızca cihazında tutulur; uygulamayı silersen veya cihaz değiştirirsen kaybolur. Hesabının güvenliğinden ve altında yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin an uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
4. Abonelik ve Ödeme
İlk bölüm ücretsizdir. Sonraki bölümler ve Serbest Pratik abonelikle açılır; ayrıca ücretsiz planda günlük okuma alıştırması sayısı sınırlıdır — güncel sınır uygulama içinde gösterilir. Abonelik seçenekleri, süreleri ve fiyatları satın alma ekranında kendi para biriminde yazılıdır.
- Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitimine en az 24 saat kala iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- İptal: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Abonelikler. İptal, süresi dolan dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; devam eden dönem için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
- Satın almalar App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; iade talepleri de ilgili mağazanın politikasına tabidir. Bizim doğrudan iade yapma yetkimiz yoktur.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğu durumda, süre bitmeden iptal etmezsen abonelik ücretli hâle gelir.
5. Kullanım Kuralları
Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak veya kaynak koduna erişmeye çalışmak
- Puanları, seri (streak) kayıtlarını veya liderlik tablosu verilerini manipüle etmek
- Başkasının hesabına yetkisiz erişmek
- Sistemin çalışmasını engelleyecek şekilde otomatikleştirilmiş istek göndermek
- Uygulama içeriğini izinsiz kopyalamak veya yeniden dağıtmak
6. Liderlik Tablosu
Liderlik tablosuna katılırsan görünen adın, puanın ve avatarın diğer kullanıcılara görünür olur; bu yüzden paylaşmak istemediğin bir bilgiyi (gerçek ad-soyad, telefon, okul adı) görünen ad olarak kullanma. Hakaret, müstehcenlik veya başkasını taklit içeren adlar kaldırılabilir. Puan manipülasyonu tespit edilirse satırın çıkarılabilir ve hesabın askıya alınabilir. Hesabını sildiğinde satırın da silinir.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı, alıştırma mekanikleri, görselleri ve markası Readobo'ya aittir. Sana kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Uygulamadaki bazı edebi metinler kamuya açık (public domain) eserlerden alınmıştır. Uygulamaya kendi eklediğin metinler senin kalır; biz yalnızca hizmeti sana sunmak için işleriz.
8. Sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Bakım, güncelleme veya teknik nedenlerle hizmete ara verilebilir ya da özellikler değiştirilebilir. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. İlerlemenin kaybolmaması için hesap oluşturmanı öneririz.
9. Sözleşmenin Feshi
Hesabını istediğin an silerek bu sözleşmeyi sonlandırabilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal etmen hâlinde hesabını askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Fesih hâlinde, mağaza politikaları saklı kalmak kaydıyla kullanılmamış abonelik süresi için iade yapılmaz.
10. Uyuşmazlık ve Yetkili Mahkeme
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğun ülkenin mevzuatının sana tanıdığı haklar saklıdır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici hakem heyetlerine başvuru hakkın saklıdır.

Readobo is a mobile app offering exercises designed to improve your reading speed, attention, memory and focus. By downloading, creating an account on, or using Readobo, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Younger children may use the app through a parent or guardian's account and under their supervision; in that case the parent is the account holder and the party to this agreement.
1. Parties
This agreement is between you and Readobo. Apple and Google are not parties to it; we alone are responsible for the app and its support.
2. The service
Readobo is an educational and training tool, not a medical device and not a diagnostic or treatment tool. We make no promise that you will reach a particular reading speed or outcome; results vary from person to person. If you suspect an attention, learning or vision problem, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Your account
You may sign in with Google or Apple, or use the app anonymously. In anonymous use your progress is stored only on your device and is lost if you delete the app or change devices. You are responsible for the security of your account and activity under it. You can permanently delete your account from within the app at any time.
4. Subscriptions and payment
The first chapter is free. The remaining chapters and Free Practice unlock with a subscription, and on the free plan the number of reading exercises per day is limited — the current limit is shown in the app. Subscription options, durations and prices are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To cancel: Settings → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds are given for the remaining period.
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refund requests are governed by that store's policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Where a free trial is offered, the subscription converts to paid automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the app or attempt to access its source code
- Manipulate points, streaks or leaderboard data
- Access another person's account without authorisation
- Send automated requests that disrupt the service
- Copy or redistribute app content without permission
6. Leaderboard
If you join the leaderboard, your display name, points and avatar become visible to other users, so do not use a display name containing information you would rather not share, such as your full legal name, phone number or school. Names that are abusive, obscene or impersonate others may be removed. If score manipulation is detected, your row may be removed and your account suspended. Deleting your account also deletes your row.
7. Intellectual property
The app's design, software, exercise mechanics, artwork and brand belong to Readobo. You are granted a non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Some literary texts in the app are taken from public domain works. Text you add yourself remains yours; we process it solely to provide the service to you.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; the service may be paused or features changed for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. We recommend creating an account so your progress is not lost.
9. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. On termination, no refund is given for unused subscription time, subject to store policies.
10. Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under the consumer legislation of your own country of residence remain reserved. The courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction; your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
