2. Hukuki sebep
- Sözleşmenin ifası: hesap, ilerleme kaydı, abonelik.
- Açık rızan: bildirimler, kamera erişimi, liderlik tablosu, web sitesi analitiği. Hepsi isteğe bağlı ve geri alınabilir.
- Meşru menfaat: kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
3. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Verilerini satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Kullandığımız sağlayıcılar:
- Kimlik doğrulama ve veri saklama sağlayıcımız
- Abonelik doğrulama sağlayıcımız
- Bildirim iletim sağlayıcımız
- Web sitesi altyapı sağlayıcımız
- Apple ve Google — giriş ve mağaza satın alımları
Sunucuları Türkiye dışında, ağırlıklı olarak AB ve ABD'de bulunur. Yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşım yapılabilir. Sağlayıcıların kim olduğunu öğrenmek istersen yaz, isimleriyle bildiririz.
4. Saklama ve silme
Verilerini hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklarız. Hesabını sildiğinde profilin, ilerleme kayıtların ve liderlik tablosu satırın kalıcı olarak silinir; geri alınamaz. Silme işlemini uygulama içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil) ya da hesap silme sayfasından yapabilirsin. Ödeme kayıtları App Store / Google Play tarafında kalmaya devam eder; bunlar bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.
5. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve (AB'deysen) GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve taşıma haklarına sahipsin. Profil bilgilerini uygulama içindeki Ayarlar bölümünden değiştirebilirsin; diğer talepler için [email protected] adresine yaz, en geç 30 gün içinde dönüş yapılır.
6. Web sitesi
Erken erişim formu: doldurursan e-posta adresini ve verdiğin diğer yanıtları yalnızca lansman haberini ve listeye özel indirim kodunu göndermek için kullanırız; bunlar gönderildikten sonra kaydın silinir. Form Google Forms ile yürütülür, doldurmak isteğe bağlıdır. Hukuki sebep açık rızandır; daha önce silinmesini istersen yazman yeterli.
Çerezler: sitede yalnızca sen kabul edersen Google Analytics çerezi yazılır; reddedersen ya da karar vermezsen yazılmaz. Sitede reklam ve remarketing takibi yoktur. Ayrıca siteyi hızlandıran ve kötüye kullanıma karşı koruyan altyapı sağlayıcımız teknik kayıtları (IP, tarayıcı bilgisi) işler; bu, sitenin çalışması için zorunludur.
7. Çocukların gizliliği
Readobo genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Küçük çocuklar uygulamayı ebeveynlerinin hesabı üzerinden kullanabilir; bu durumda veriler ebeveynin hesabına ait olur ve rızayı ebeveyn vermiş sayılır. Çocuğunun kendi adına hesap açtığını düşünüyorsan yaz; hesabı ve verileri sileriz. Uygulamada reklam ve üçüncü taraf reklam takibi bulunmaz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinden bilgilendirilirsin.

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use Readobo, why it is processed, and what rights you have over it.

2. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract: account, progress records, subscription.
- Your consent: notifications, camera access, leaderboard, website analytics. All optional and withdrawable.
- Legitimate interest: preventing abuse.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. The providers we use:
- Our authentication and data storage provider
- Our subscription validation provider
- Our notification delivery provider
- Our website infrastructure provider
- Apple and Google — sign-in and store purchases
Their servers are outside Türkiye, mainly in the EU and the United States. We may disclose data to authorities where legally required. If you want to know who these providers are, write to us and we will name them.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, progress records and leaderboard row are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You can delete it in the app (Settings → Delete account) or from our account deletion page. Payment records remain with the App Store / Google Play and are not under our control.
5. Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law and, if you are in the EU, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. You can change your profile details in the app's Settings; for anything else write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
6. Website
Early access form: if you fill it in, we use your email address and your other answers only to send you the launch announcement and the discount code reserved for this list; your entry is deleted once those have been sent. The form runs on Google Forms and filling it in is optional. The legal basis is your consent; to have it removed sooner, just write to us.
Cookies: a Google Analytics cookie is written only if you accept it; if you decline or make no choice, nothing is written. The site carries no advertising or remarketing tracking. Our infrastructure provider, which speeds up the site and protects it against abuse, also processes technical records (IP address, browser information); this is necessary for the site to work.
7. Children's privacy
Readobo is a general audience app and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Younger children may use the app through a parent's account; in that case the data belongs to the parent's account and the parent is taken to have given consent. If you believe your child has created their own account, write to us and we will delete the account and the data. The app carries no advertising and no third-party ad tracking.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; you will be notified in the app about significant changes.
