Readobo hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İki yol var.
Yol 1 — Uygulama içinden (en hızlısı)
- Readobo'yu aç
- Ayarlar sekmesine git
- En alttaki "Hesabı sil" seçeneğine dokun
- Onay ekranında işlemi doğrula
Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Yol 2 — E-posta ile
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan [email protected] adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konusuyla yaz. Hesabını doğrulayabilmemiz için giriş yaparken kullandığın e-posta adresinden yazman gerekir.
Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve tamamlandığında sana bilgi verilir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesabın ve kimlik doğrulama kaydın (e-posta, ad, kullanıcı kimliği)
- Okuma hızın, tamamladığın seviyeler, serin (streak) ve puanların
- Liderlik tablosundaki satırın — adın, puanın ve avatarın listeden kaldırılır
- Okuma listene eklediğin metinler
- Bildirim jetonun
- Cihazındaki yerel kayıtlar (uygulamayı kaldırdığında)
Silinmeyen veriler. App Store ve Google Play'deki satın alma ve fatura kayıtları bizim kontrolümüzde değildir; mağazaların ve vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca onlarda kalmaya devam eder. Bu kayıtlar için ilgili mağazaya başvurman gerekir.
Aboneliğin ayrıca iptal edilmeli. Hesabını silmek, çalışan bir aboneliği otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Ücret kesilmeye devam etmemesi için aboneliği App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal et — adımlar Kullanım Koşulları sayfasının 3. maddesinde.
Anonim kullanıyorsan
Hiç giriş yapmadıysan verilerin sunucularımızda değil, yalnızca cihazında tutulur. Uygulamayı cihazından kaldırman bu verileri de siler.

You can permanently delete your Readobo account and all data linked to it. There are two ways.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Readobo
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap "Delete account" at the bottom
- Confirm on the confirmation screen
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Please write from the email address you used to sign in so we can verify your account.
Requests are processed within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication record (email, name, user ID)
- Your reading speed, completed levels, streak and points
- Your leaderboard row — name, points and avatar are removed from the list
- Texts you added to your reading list
- Your notification token
- Local records on your device (when you uninstall the app)
What is not deleted. Purchase and billing records held by the App Store and Google Play are not under our control and remain with them for as long as their policies and tax law require. For those records you need to contact the relevant store.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play — the steps are in section 3 of the Terms of Use.
If you use the app anonymously
If you never signed in, your data is stored only on your device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes it.
